Chicken salad

Made my own recipe for a chicken salad tonight after getting ideas from another recipe.

Chicken salad:

Seasoned chicken breast(s)

-seasonings: italian seasoning, herb salt, curry, herbs de Provence and garlic powder.

Salad:

-salad bowl lettuce, red pepper, cucumber and toast cut into pieces (to make croutons)

cooked three chicken breasts but used less than one for the salad tonight.

Cold dinner

Decided to make potato salad and finish the leftovers from yesterday.

Made some kind of hamburgers (pannbiff in Swedish) for dinner tonight, didn't really come out like the picture in the cook book showed but they were good.

Dinner

My mom was in charge of the dinner tonight because we were having my sister Elisabet and her Arnar over. I only baked some potatoes in the over and then my mom told to me go and rest so I lie down and fell asleep . Felt good to take a power nap but I was even more tired when I woke up, lol.

Made spaghetti and sweet-and-sour sauce with meat for lunch and dinner.

Icelandic small pancakes

Started out with a swedish recipe but it didn't come out the way I wanted to, so I found an icelandic recipe and added to it.

Made small pancakes, added rice to the batter to make it thicker, the icelandic way ;)
